A Family Business With Heritage at Its Heart

Our story began with a love of restoration. For over two decades, the Brown’s name has been associated with the careful repair of original sash windows across Nottinghamshire and beyond. That same knowledge and care now go into every new window we make.

We’re still a family-run business, and still driven by the same values: attention to detail, respect for heritage, and a hands-on approach to craftsmanship. Our workshop is home to experienced joiners, many of whom have been with us for years – and all of whom share a passion for doing things properly.

We only speak bespoke

Our windows aren’t off-the-shelf, they’re built from scratch using time-honoured joinery techniques, carefully selected timber, and our deep understanding of traditional architectural details. Whether you’re planning a new civic building, upgrading a listed school, or developing a heritage-style commercial site, we help ensure the windows look the part and perform exceptionally.
